2 cups of quartered sliced cucumber
1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 cup of finely diced red or yellow bell pepper
1/2 cups of tomatoes
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup of chopped Cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Method
1. Place the cucumbers, chickpeas, bell pepper, tomatoes, and onion in a bowl
2. Combine with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, fetta crumble and cilantro then toss

Ingredients
Beef strips -1 kg
Cornstarch/corn flour-1/2 cup
Cooking oil- 1/2 cup
Chopped ginger -1tbs
Chopped garlic-1tbs
Soy sauce-1/3 cup
Red chili flakes -2tbs
Salt -As per taste
Cooking Method
1. Marinate beef strips with soya sauce cornstarch /corn flour.
2. Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan over high heat and fry the strips for about 20/25 min .Take out the strips from oil and keep aside.
3. In the same oil add ginger &garlic chopped stir for at least 10min then add fried beef in to the pan .fry for 20 min or more .Add chili flakes and fry for 2/3 sprinkle salt as per your taste.
4. Plate and serve hot with steam rice

Cream cheese/Whipping Cream -2 cup
Dano cream- 1
Sugar – 2 cups
Lachaa semai – 1 packet (Fried with ghee till golden brown)
Butter – 100 Gm
Baby sweets -250gm
Almonds & Pistachios -1 cup
Kismis -1/2 cup
Round glasses for serving
Cooking Method
1. In a bowl bit the cream cheese or whipping cream and dano cream with 1 cup sugar till it reaches a soft pick.
2. In a pan fry the Lachaa semai with 100gm butter, almond, pistachios and kismis and 1 cup of sugar till golden brown. Keep it aside till it’s cold.

set the semai layer then cream and then small sweets and then semai again. Decorate with small sweets.

5. Keep it inside the freezer for 30 minute.

Pineapple juice -1 Cup
Soy sauce-1/4 cup
Extra virgin olive oil -1/4 cup
Brown sugar-1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar-1/4 cup
Minced ginger -2 teaspoons
Minced garlic-2 teaspoons
Beef cut in to cubes- 1 kg
Red Capsicum, Cucumber and pineapple cut into pieces .

Cooking Method
1. In a medium bowl combine all the items for marination .
2. Reserve 1 cup marina for brushing. Add beef to marination bowl and mix. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Grill kabobs for 10 to 20 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Brush with reserved marinade when you place them on the grill and each time you turn the kabobs. Remove from grill and serve.
