Ingredients

- 1. Chicken breast and leg -8pc
- 2. Ginger paste –3 tbs
- 3. Garlic paste – 3tbs
- 4. Chili powder – 1tsp
- 5. Garam masala powder – 1tsp
- 6. Turmeric powder- 1tsp

- 7. Chopped onion -1 ½ cup
- 8. Chopped Tomato- 1 cup
- 9. Yellow capsicum -2
- 10. Green chills 6/7 pc chopped
- 11. Coriander chopped – 1 cup
- 12. Mustard oil – 2cups
- 13. Yogurt -1cup
- 14. Salt –As per taste
- 15. Lemon juice-2tsp

Cooking Method
|
- 1. In a pan mix all the dry ingredients yogurt and salt .Marinate overnight or for 2/3 hours.
- 2. Heat oil in a nonstick wok or any heavy bottom kadai. Add half of the oil and fry the chickens until golden brown. Keep it aside
- 3. Now add onions, tomatoes and fry till soft. Add the fried chickens and stir for few minutes, add capsicum and green chills and cook while stirring constantly so as to avoid the spices from sticking. In case if it burns or sticks. Fry till the smell of spices turn aromatic and oil starts separating.
- 4. Finally add lemon juice, garam masala powder, and fresh chopped coriander leaves.
- 5. Garnish with ginger juliennes
- Ready to be served!
