Pineapple Juice

Ingredients
  • 2.5 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chilled water
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • A small pinch of salt
  • Ice cube as needed
Method
  1. Place all the ingredients except the ice in a blender and blend.
  2. Add the crushed ice and blend until smooth. Serve.

Raw Mango Drink

Ingredients
  • 2 raw mangoes
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. black salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tbsp. mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin seed powder
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 cups water

Method
  1. Wash the 2 mangoes thoroughly. Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook them. Let them cool down completely.
  2. Peel the skin and remove the pulp of the mangoes.
  3. Pour the pulp in a bowl. Add mint leaves, black salt, salt & cumin seed powder. Add sugar. Blend well.
  4. Add some crushed ice and blend again.
  5. Adjust all the other ingredients as per the sourness of the mangoes.
  6. Pass the drink through a sieve before serving.

NOTE: If sugar conscious, you can use sugar free or honey instead.

Ultimate Nutella Milkshake

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup of Nutella
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Scoop of Hazelnut Ice Cream, optional, you can double up on the vanilla if you don't want to use hazelnut
  • 1/2 cup of Whole Milk or more depending on the consistency
  • 2 Tbsp of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Method
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend just until the mixture is combined.

Oreo Milkshake

Ingredients
  • 8 Oreos
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 Scoop of Chocolate Ice Cream
  • 1/4 cup of Milk
Method
  1. Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy and smooth. Be careful to stop the blender as soon as your milkshake has come together, don’t allow the blender to run too long otherwise your milkshake will be very runny.

Instant Hot Chocolate Mix

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup of Vanilla Sugar
  • 1/2 cup of Confectioners’ Sugar
  • 2/3 cup of Cocoa Powder
  • 4 oz Bar of Bittersweet Chocolate, grated
  • 1/2 tsp of Instant Espresso Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Cornstarch

  1. Place the grated chocolate in a large bowl and sift the cocoa powder, both kinds of sugar and cornstarch over the chocolate.
  2. Give everything a good mix and place the mixture in a jar with a tight fitting lid.

  1. In a saucepan, add the water and cook it just long enough to make the water warm but not hot, about 120 degrees.
  2. Put the coffee granules in a pitcher and add in the warm water. Cover with plastic wrap and let it sit at room temperature for 8 hours.
  3. In a small saucepan, add the sugar and water and cook it over medium heat without stirring, for a couple minutes or until the sugar has dissolved. Place it in a small pitcher and chill in the fridge.
  4. After the coffee has steeped, line a fine strainer with a few layers of cheese cloth and place it on top of a clean pitcher.
  5. Pour the steeped coffee through the cloth lines sieve and let it drain.
